Recall can be one of the most challenging behaviours to master—especially around distractions or in busy public spaces. Despite what books and online videos may promise, every dog is different, and some need a more personalised, hands-on approach. Our 3-session Reliable Recall 121 Training Package is designed to build both your confidence and your dog’s reliability, using a structured, supportive approach delivered by experienced trainers. What to Expect: Session 1: This first session is 1.5 hours long where training begins in low-distraction environments such as our private training field in Hockley Heath or on private land at Solihull Riding Club, where we have an on-site office. These calm settings allow us to lay solid foundations without overwhelm. Sessions 2 & 3: Gradually increase distractions in a controlled way using our team of calm, highly trained helper dogs — including Luna, Izzy, and Archie — who are experienced in supporting other dogs’ training. Progression to public spaces: As confidence and responsiveness improve, we move training into real-world environments to ensure your dog listens even when it really counts. You’ll learn how to improve your handling, body language, and timing, while teaching your dog to reliably return to both voice and whistle commands (a training whistle is included and yours to keep). This tailored 3-session programme is ideal for dogs who struggle with focus, recall in busy areas, or high distractions — and for owners who want greater freedom, trust, and connection with their dog.
