Dorridge Dogs is our partner company that specialises in dog walking. With a couple of years of animal rescue in Asia under Helen's and Chris's belt, they set up the business in 2010 to give the dogs of Dorridge great off-lead walks – and with only a maximum of three dogs on each group walk, peace of mind for their owners whilst they are at work. With more than 10 years under their belt, they can take on a range of different dogs and suit their and their owner's needs from solo walks to oldie group walks.
Dorridge Dogs Services:
This service suits old dogs, injured dogs or pups. We can spend some time with them in the house and garden or take them on a walk on the lead around the block for half an hour. For pups, this can really help with their socialisation too.
Solo Walks
We pick up your dog, along with two others & take them to the nearest park for an off-lead walk for an hour. Suits a sociable dog that is happy to be transported with others by car. On drop-off, we towel-dry your dog & check their water
Group Walks
We offer a goldie oldie group walk which is similar to our normal group walks, the only difference is that this one is 45 minutes. This service suits older dogs who are starting to slow down, have arthritic/joint problems or have had surgery.
Oldie Walks
How it Works
The bulk of our walks are 1 hr group walks off-lead – with three dogs maximum – where a dog walker will pick up your dog, take them to a local park for a runaround and return them towel-dried, safe and sound. These walks suit a sociable dog that is happy to be transported with others by car and has a decent recall to voice or whistle, although we will improve this.

If you are looking for a regular dog walking slot, you will need to drop Helen an email with information about your dog and your needs so that she can check for availability. If we can accommodate you, Helen will email you a Veterinary form, a dog walking & training form, a price list and Terms & Conditions and arrange a time to come to meet you and your dog at home, collect a key and go through access to your house.
Helen will assess your dog’s suitability for group walks, then your dog would join up with one of our group walks. Helen will walk him to start with and then gradually start to introduce him to our team of our experienced walkers.
